EX Warrior Interview with Trevor Swartz:
What do you miss most about being a EWHS Warrior baseball player?
I miss playing with my friends on my team and having great teammates and coaches to play with.
What was your favorite memory as a Warrior?
My two favorite memories as a Warrior was coming back against Meadowdale and beating them in the last two innings and our walkoff against shorewood to put us into playoffs. They were two of the greatest games I’ve ever played in.
What advice would you give current EWHS baseball players?
Play hard and make the most of your season. You never know who could be watching and to just have fun.
How is college and if you’re playing baseball how is that going?
College is amazing. I am playing baseball at Skagit Valley College for the Cardinals along with former Warrior Quinn Naughtin and were about to start league play.
How has baseball prepared you for the Game of Life?
Baseball has taught me how to work hard and dedicate my time and effort into something which has helped me in school and other aspects of my life.
What are your future career aspirations?
I plan on continuing to play baseball and then prepare to become a firefighter as a career.
